Alaska EPSCoR (Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research)

Alaska EPSCoR is a university-state partnership funded by the National Science Foundation and the State of Alaska. The mission of Alaska EPSCoR is to enhance research capacity throughout the state of Alaska in order to make sustainable contributions to the state's knowledge and economy. Alaska EPSCoR aims to foster the development of Alaska's science and engineering based on the state's unique opportunities. Through our outreach program and partnerships with K-12, businesses, higher education and government agencies, we strive to make scientific knowledge relevant and accessible to Alaska's residents.
